SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Exchanges & returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. After requesting a return you have another 14 days to ship the item to us so we can proceed to refund you.
Please note that the customer is fully responsible for the return costs. Returns are only accepted if the item is returned in the original state, unworn and not damaged, with the original tags on. After we receive your item, we will proceed to fully refund you.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shippings
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. You will receive an email once your order is on the way. We will provide a tracking code so you can follow your order until it is delivered.
